Hi, I'm Gadzooks! I'm 24, my pronouns are they/them, and I only sort of enjoy long walks on the beach.
I used to be a very avid role-player during my teens, but I fell out of the hobby when my favorite forum closed down. I've been wanting to get back into it for a while, and RPR seems like a good place to start!
My favorite genres are urban fantasy, high fantasy, and supernatural/paranormal stories, though I've recently taken an interest in more grounded slice-of-life settings as well. I have the most experience writing with larger groups, but I'm not opposed to 1x1s. Right now, I'm definitely leaning more towards writing original characters, but I do love a good fandom RP and will likely hop on a couple of those eventually.
I also love silly forum games, so expect to see me on that board a lot haha
I've still got some set-up to do regarding characters and editing my profile to be a little less bare-bones, but I'm very excited to jump back into writing again!
PS: My username is a reference to one of my favorite childhood book series. I will give a big shiny imaginary quarter to anyone who knows it.
