I’ve been roleplaying since 2013 when I was nineteen. I don’t think I’m a very good creative writer. I’d like to refer to myself as a bit of an oddball. I always fear being judged for my writing and for my characters. I hope I never have to feel judged or rejected ever again, but sadly, I’ve realized that someone out there will judge me at one point.

The trick is to love your characters and stories.
As long as you do then someone else will but not everyone's character will be loved by everyone and not every story will be enjoyed by everyone.
Love your characters and your stories and you will absolutely be judged by them and some people won't like them, but the right people will love them with you.

Four is right, love your characters for what they are, like my little doe here, she's hated and beloved. Those who hate her, well it is so, I don't mind. Those that like her, well, mostly I'm in touch with them. If someone judges you, I know this to be very very hard for a person like you, but just try to ignore. I know, I know, easier said than done and yet a possibility to go further.
And yes, set your limits, impose your rules, be free to play what YOU want (I have a small idea of what it is
).
If you have no more friends on that other site, please, leave it, get away, run, don't go back there. Settle yourself in a calm area, don't get pressure to answer posts, and write like you read.

Yeah, the kind of characters I like to write are highly sensitive, crying a lot, and act like real-life Disney princesses with sweetness and goodness in their hearts. I’m aware that not a lot of people would like that and find me weird or a bit of an oddball. I’m tired of trying to change myself for other people and want to start accepting myself and loving myself in this cruel world.

frankly I cry alot too, so I very much understand a character like that. Many role-players seem to have mostly gritty and serious characters, so honestly your characters sound like a nice change of pace!
Of course there's never a 'right' way to make an OC. Anyone who's under that impression is ignoring half the fun of this hobby. Even a 'Mary Sue' is fair game if you find the right people. I hope you find your tribe!

The characters you make represent you, your soul, your imagination, your spirit, and who you are. Every ounce of effort you put into your writing, plot, emotions and stories is something that shows people who you are, and in all is something amazing. Don't let a nasty rando you've met get your spirits down and tell you what to do and what not to, the repository is a free space to express yourself however you want ^w^
