I thought a few people managed to find some (only a few) of the rare ones in the mines last time?

The Corps are nearly done their swim across the lake, and will have nine or ten bones by the end of it.

That could have been! I don’t remember exactly what was found out there, would have to go back in 2024’s thread to confirm.

I was able to make a bone flute and add its info to the Armory.

what do the bone flutes do?

Mass buff against a specific enemy, but only single use (really should have multiple, even if it's still few...)

Considering that it takes 4 of a difficult-to-find item and eats up a special weapon (regardless how many uses it has left), really seems like it should at least get more than a single use. Also don't know how it decides who "hears" it.

No idea, probably not since other buffs can't be stacked.

Probably people fighting that monster, if I had to guess?

yeah i guess my question is if we are 20 people fighting the same guy, and 2 of us use the flute, will it buff all 20 people once or might it buff some people twice

Probably, but like... does it roll for how many? If there's fewer than 5 (or its roll) active, does it hold that until enough others have shown up? If more than 10 are actively fighting, who gets it and who doesn't?

Coordinated research. Because good chance the player doesn't get told who got buffed.

imagine if its just 1 guy fighting the thing and gets all 10 buffs on itself
