Hi everyone!
I've seen this website rolling around in my travels. I got my start in forum roleplaying back 15+ years ago (whoof!) and have been chasing that joy ever since. While I prefer forum RP, I have experience with roleplay over chat services like Discord, "live" in TTRPG settings, and via text chat in MMOs! I've been telling stories for all that time and love to explore new characters.
I would love to find others to roleplay Niko with currently. Their story in a DnD campaign unfortunately got cut a bit short, and I would love to find a group or partner to explore them with.
I do have a lot of other characters that I'll be adding at some point. Please excuse any silly questions while I learn this platform c:
My conversation starter question: What is the culture here around joining RPs or reaching out to people with wanted ads? Is it normal to get "cold calls" as it were?

If your looking for roleplay, you're in the right place with little pockets of people who share similar tastes and interests, even expectations. I am excited to see what other characters you have in the works over time.
RPR is not safe from the ghosts, they haunt this place as much as any other. But in my time here, I find that the kudos system works well with figuring out what kind of people you might be messaging (I wish more people were using it!) but overall, just gonna have to take that change when reaching out for an roleplay.
But i believe it is a place you will come to love.
