Plant seeds and there's a chance of a cure

You need a medicinal plant to cure status effects. Medicinal plants are gained by planting seeds in forum forest. It's a random reward, but very likely.
On that note, I just sent 12 seeds flying toward the RPR from the Doubutt game.

You need to get medicinal plants from planting seeds and use those from your inventory.
