Assuming the numbers are base-6, now, kinda.
*golf announcer voice* Dragonfire is going to need complete silence as she maths this math...
So that leaves the other sum as 23 * 7 + 3 or 7 * 23 + 3 or 3 * 23 + 7. I think. Assuming numbers are right.

"OOH that's gotta hurt!"
"OOH that's gotta hurt!"
I've played around with the math myself but I need to figure out where this equation was seen before first. I don't feel I have enough to work off of yet, but I'm pretty sure a sum is addition only so it is only those two numbers added together in the first parentheses that add up to 75.
Do we use PEMDAS for this?
Oh wait it's setup that way anyway
230 * 75 or 182 * 75 or 90 * 75.
BEDMAS is in effect, I'd guess.
BEDMAS is in effect, I'd guess.
17250 or 13650 or 6750. But a step beyond that...
Any of those + 1?
For the data points we've seen before, Tailbone, I used the three clear faces of the die star in the comic, and the three clear faces in the first video.
The lines in the comic are easy to miss, but they're clearly there.
The die star may also be a d23, if my guess of base 6 is correct.
The full size version of the comic is probably easier to work with than the site-size one
Which would give us some other numbers somewhere.
Yes, for sure.
Anywhoo! That was one math interlude. Back to work!
Additionally: if this problem was postulated by a Brit (which I suspect it was!), 'sum' may refer to more than just addition.
As a real quick heads up, 15 * 13 - 8 isn't 75! There are no parentheses within the outer pair
...Oh, shoot! LOL.
