"Strength in order of arrival" is probably pretty key for arranging things, yes.
We're trying to clear things out in front of the Blue Booster so we can try some of the guesses we have. If you want to compile a list to test on Puzzle6, now'd be the time!

Right, we're going to have a path to the blue booster in a little bit! Nodes open there that we have clues for are: Puzzle6, Puzzle7!
Unfortunately Puzzle9 and 10 have yet to be found.
