If you have to go, set it to offline and note the last time you updated it (with your timezone). We just copy paste each other's post if the other is more up to date
We find it easiest to handle tracking in shifts, and so when one person goes offline, you can get all the information and formatting by hitting "reply" on Sanne's post and copying everything, then pasting to your copy.
Stripping out the 'quote' tags, of course. :p
