What is something odd about you that not many people know (or at least, people here on RPR)?

For me: I do Civil War re-enacting.

You can say one thing, several things, whatever you want.
I'm just broed and I want to talk. :3

Oddity number two: I really really like the TV show Cake Boss, but I actually don't really like eating cakes.
Hm. Suppose the fact I'm bedridden at the moment due to leg surgery. Ha ha.

Otherwise, that I'm so open... almost nothing offends me. I'm... freakily accepting.

Yikes, that's not good! D: How'd you get the injury?

And that's actually really good. We need more accepting people! Lol!

Odd things about me? Where do I even start? :D

I'm pretty accepting of people too. As long as you're not hurting someone, anything goes :)

Toward the end of Dragonage I turned down Morrigan's offer because I felt like I'd be cheating on Leliana, even though I knew it meant my character would die at the end of the game.

Oooo wow Darth! That's epic =O
@ Celina: Actually, the bones inside my legs simply grew wrong, all twisted inside.

But on a happier note, like NOTHING bothers me... I'm that open that I'd be like, "Oh. Okay. If you like it I suppose."
Even if it was something really horrible. I'd think, "Well, they must have a reason for doing that."

Yikes! D: I'm sorry. That sucks x.x

And yeah, you and I are kinda similar in that. Like, when people are speeding or something I always wonder if there's actually something serious happening that is making them go that fast. I always wonder if they had a reason, for stuff like that.
Well I wouldn't say this tidbit is odd but Moreso unexpected. But I used to do like underground illegal type races and because of my philosophy on racing I would use my grandmas 92 dodge shadow (Definatly not a car to race in...) and manage to beat top model racing cars. (Mustangs, cameros, etc) albeit not all the time but defiantly more often than people who think racing is all speed and no strategy would.

This next one is odd.

Believe or not despite my goofy carefree attitude and even seeming immature for my age (27) at times I was actually in the united states Marines.

I don't read novels. Only history books and biographies.

ODD.
I used to think Maryland was in a country other than the US. Until fifth grade.

Ooooo interesting =O I never would've pegged you as a marine, Lance!

Lol! Really Sera? Wow. You're strange. XD You're missing out on so much amazing stuff!

Well, lessie... I'm biologically messed up.

... I was born 3 months pre-mature, weighed 1 pound & 2 ounces, was about as long as a BIC pen... my right lung is half the size of my left due to funky development because of the previous statement. I had asthma but got over it. I have survived skin cancer on my shoulder. I HAD two heart murmurs, but one corrected itself (I don't know if I have the other still). I have a large scar in my neck from when a feeding tube had to be put in (I think it was when I had food poisoning; age 5). I "buckle fractured" my left wrist when I was 10. I had a 20% chance of being born alive & being able to survive. :D

Mildly NSFW? Due to scarring because of chest tubes I had as an infant, my right breast didn't develop correctly; it's got a cavity of sorts at the bottom-left section. Otherwise it looks like any other breast. My chest also has a variety of scars (less extreme), two of which had to have surgery on them because scar tissue was attaching itself to my ribs.

Moral of the story: I'm a darned trooper full of biological oddities. Take that!
I present myself as a guy, but I'm actually female-to-male transgender. I've only recently become open about it, even on the internet.

Holy crap Copper. o-o You're a miracle in yourself, that you're still alive! That's amazing.
Stay away from sharp stuff and ledges. Just to be safe.

=O That's interesting Trin.
B) All things considered, I'm fairly healthy otherwise. xD The rest of me is still holding together. I eat too much fatty fried stuff like a TRUE TEXAN! *waves dat Lone Star State flag 'bout*

And I second Celestina, Trin. That is interesting. I know a couple of transgender people, and they happen to be good friends of mine. :3 <3
Aearion (played anonymously)

I do longbow <3
My career goal is to become a battlefield archaeologist with a Roman specialisation
I also want to get into western martial arts and horseback archery.
I work for a Church! (Suprising, no? ;p) As well as their catering business, which I spend about 80% of my time booking/organizing/payrolling/scheduling things.
About three years ago I went to Pakistan for a vacation.
I've crossed the ocean, leaving the continent three times, but I haven't even been to the otherside of my own country (I live in Canada), and I've only been in the US for a layover to go to Europe.
Last year my boyfriend was gone for 8 months, he was deployed to Afghanistan.

I also have a living, talking, parasitic twin. (Kidding, kidding.)

I used to have a pet rat called Seven, she insisted on having peas every time she could smell food cooking.

I have only ever had one girlfriend who was from the same country as me.

Last time I calculated my total travel distance (a meme on another forum) it was 173990km.

When I was very young, when my friends and I would pretend to be Star Trek characters during break time at school and make up our own adventures. I was usually Data or Kirk, depending on the setting.
Oh hey! I just remembered one weird thing..I heard voices as a child, no joke. Went and had my brainwaves scanned..or something..have those downstairs. At first I only heard my neighbor saying "twizzler" over and over, then it turned into more..heh. I got medicine for it, so they went away. It scared me back then, but now I wonder what might've happened if it hadn't gotten treated.. o: maybe I'd have psychic powers. Or maybe I'd just be schizophrenic.

He had offered me a twizzler, by the way. Just clearing that up.

Aerion, that's awesome! Sounds like you're hoping for some really neat stuff! I think that sounds really cool.

Dylan; epiiic! =O And aww Afghanistan :( My friend is going there fairly soon. He's in military training right now. He's like a brother to me, so I'm not very happy about this :(

Darth; Seven? Why Seven? I hope you didn't have a rat named Nine, too. And I truly hope the case wasn't that Seven eight Nine. >3> Also; Star Trek, awesome! It was Star Wars and X-Men for me and my brothers. We'd always go out back and play in the yard. We'd be professional X-Men or make up our own powers!

Minkja: ...wow. o-o that's creepy. If I heard voices in my head, I'd blasted them out with other things. And... 'more'? That's kinda vague and scary. I'm glad it went away though, there's only room enough in your head for one crazy! ;)
