A fully armored figure gives your character a piece of candy. What do?
Elaine would certainly be confused and flattered by such act...like really...who gives you a piece of candy out of the blue? Normally people that want to flirt would buy a drink, people that want to kill her might as well go for a poison blade...but candy? Talk about a creative way to start up a conversation! I mean it could still be a poisoned candy right? But why would a knight in armor give her a poisoned candy on the first place if they can reach their weapon for quicker results? Nope! She might as well laught at the simplicity of how such a small act of kidness can make her use more brain power than what she use on a daily basis...hell maybe a weekly basis! It's kind of part of her job noticing new ways people may want to kill her.
Ok so, leaving deadly schemes aside...S
She would probably just store it and treasure it...like hey! It's her candy now, she can do the hell she wants with it now and no one can bat an eye what she does with it...she may even name it Steve or Fred for all that matters. But back at the knight...Well she may probably invite them to a drink...yeah kind of lame compared to the free candy give away, but hey! Even if it's cliche it doesn't lessen the merit and sends the appropiate indirect message of 'Hey! I found you interesting, lets chat a bit.' simple, effective and straight to the point and if her offer was accepted, given the previous kindness from the stranger she would surely give them a head start to the exit before she starts running away from paying the tab...Welcome to a life of crime?
