"Umm... guess I'll do it then."
Taking the screwdriver, the boy stabbed on the bubble.

A white 13 popped out, Deltarune style. The b o b l e wasn't as fragile as it seemed, but dealing with a boy with determination? Not so much.

Three more stabs and the bubble finally popped.
As the bubble popped, the sleeping girl fell out of it - and landed on her bum.
Her navy blue eyes snapped open as she landed, frantically darting around for a while. Along with her head. "Whoaoo-" The physical impact with the ground shook her awake and a bit startled.

After a little bit of observation, she seemed calmed down and let out a relieved sigh. "Ah, that was scary." And she noticed the boy, "Jingyang?" Fairly surprised, it seemed.
"Hiya sis! You've been sleeping in a bubble for quite a while." The boy then offered a hand for his sister to get up. "Also, uh, you're at a bar. Did you somehow get into drinking...?"
"Nope, I'm just here for a rest." The girl shook her head while taking the boy's hand, helping herself up. "Not really into alcohol."

Then, she looked at Esme, and everyone else present... And waved her right hand with a smile, "Howdy!"
Sue bot (played by KookyWitchBasil)

"Ah! You two know eachother? Uh... Why did that b o b l e have numbers on it when you tried to pop it? Am i experiencing digital hallucinations again?" Sue bot stared at them both while scratching her head.
Xueqing winked, "Yeah! We're siblings."
"Also, numbers?" She looked around, but the damage numbers had already faded away, now no where to be seen.
"What-"
"Uhh, this has never occurred when we're back at home. Or our home world."
The boy also scratched his head. He did realize what happened - he's somehow a game nerd himself, but that was too out of place. He then tried to explain this in the most sensible way, "Well, the numbers probably represented the reduced durability of the b o b l e with each stab I did."

"At least your legs work." Yeah, he's still inside his Barbatos, which is more or less kneeling down with the cockpit open, with him inside and hooked to it. "I guess one of mine still do, but..."

Work is a bit of an overstatement, at least when it comes to my right leg. Hurts like hell, especially when the weather changes, and sometimes it just gives out. I stabilize it with a constant rotation of painkiller cartridges…. more or less.” She shrugged. She had a telescoping cane hooked to her belt for that very reason. “I can let you know when I’ve worked out the bugs with the prosthetic leg I’m working on. I’m sure I could replicate it.”

“Ah, you’re finally awake. Sleep well?” She asked, settling herself down onto a chair as the aforementioned leg was, indeed, starting to bother her. “That bubble… did you summon that?”
"Yeah, except I had a sore bum." The girl in white and blue smiled shrugging.

"The bubble wasn't my doing. Assuming it carried me... I'm very certain I'm not capable of letting a bubble do that. Too little water to hold that mass..." Then, she shook her head in response to Esme's question. She then tried to the best of her ability to summon a strong bubble... but when it touch a thing-

1 Pop!

Esme entered the bar and looked around at the current scene. There was a girl napping in a bubble. A man looked like he was fighting the urge to deck a robot. Just like back home. Good. She was not always the best in social situations, but she had spent enough time in bars to be semi-comfortable here.

She walked up to the counter. “I need a beer,” she said, in her ever monotone voice, placing her credit cartridge down for payment.

He came out drying his hands "what can I do for you?"
"I don't need any prosthetics...I have Barbatos. Even if I can hardly see out of my right eye...or not be able use my right arm and right leg."
"Sounds like you need a mobility assisting exoskeleton. I reconfigured my own suits to act as ones due to my own mobility issues."
Esme watched intently as Xueqing summoned a bubble that vanished just as quickly as it appeared. “Strange. I wonder if I could make one.” She strained at an attempt to cast a simple bubble. Lightning magic fizzled in her palm and then burnt out entirely. Not even the right element, and no weird numbers appearing, either. “Hm. I never was good with magic.”

“Just a beer, please. I’m not picky—anything dark and hoppy will do.” Esme flashed her lopsided smile at Mathius, before her attention flicked back to her conversation with Mikazuki.

“Oh, don’t I know it. I take it yours are old war injuries, too?” she asked. “Well, if you ever change your mind, you know where to find me. Every prosthetic I make and install is valuable research—another organ or limb I can perfect better than nature ever could.”
"Well, practice makes perfect. Try doing that more and I'm sure you'll get better at it!" The girl applauded at Esme's display, even though she knew it was not the right kind of magic.

Then, the woman's words seemed to surprise her.

"You make prosthetic organs?" The girl tilted her head. Then, she looked aside, saying this in an oddly casual tone, "Well seriously I might need an artificial heart, my pacemaker cannot protect me from my heart condition forever."

The boy looked at her with utter shock.

"No, I just need Barbatos. If I stay connected to it, I can move fine..."
"You probably wouldn't get Mikazuki to get any enhancements anyway. He's just stubborn like that, I suppose."
"Mm...What the chocolate man said." Still didn't stop Mika from reaching into his (discarded to the side) jacket and pulling out a Mars Palm, obviously eating it.

"You have a pacemaker? I've got something similar. I have an ICD that's powered by an Arc Reactor."
"What's an ICD...?" She seemed confused at the abbreviation.

Meanwhile, the boy sighed and went to the front desk, drawing a debit card from his pocket.
After reaching the front desk, the boy asked, "Does this place serve cola or alcohol-free cocktail?"

His grip on his debit card tightened. Certainly didn't want someone to steal that.
