Ami finally awoke and came down from her room as she sat down on a stool as she rubbed her eyes. She hoped for another chance to somehow server the Emperor. All she could do was ask for a stiff drink and took her pack of cigarettes out and had a quick smoke before putting them back in her pocket.
"Guardswoman, your fealty to the Allfather is on par with my fellow Astartes, and that is commendable"
She looked at Ubba and nodded her head. "You are right, Lord Ubba. I sure hope the Emperor will keep me under his ever watchful eye," she said softly to him, her purple eyes looking down to the ground.
While sleeping, Xueqing seemed to have acknowledged Mathius' words, as her finger somehow moved and tapped on the table twice.

The heart-shaped object was still floating above her, glowing a bit brighter. (Description on it can be found on previous page)
"If you're gonna smoke, at least share." Not that Texas cared much, Texas had her own cigarettes and was just now lighting one.

"The Allfather never turns his back to those who are loyal to him. Keep in mind, you still may be chosen as a Sister of Battle"
She gave a weak smile towards Ubba. "Thanks, Lord Ubba. I know I an count on you to cheer me up," she said softly as she asked the bartender for ale for both her and Ubba.

"Sorry," she said with a sigh as she had already spoken to Ubba about her dilemma.
Nokotan makes a noise of amusement. "How conveniently naïve."

" I must admit I miss Harkoth, his binharic chanting was vaguely nostalgic... I hope the Magos fares well "
Just as he said that, Xueqing woke up. She seemed as he she wasn't quite woken up though. The heart descended until it fell on Xueqing's right hand.

She then took a yawn, and rubbed her eyes. "...Harkoth?"

Suddenly, it's as if she realized something.
"Oh right where is Harkoth?"
Puts on a monocle and grabs a book from the side table by his couch

" Hrm... lets see here.. "

He would flip pages, doing that page flip thing where you lick the finger and then turn the page for adhesion presumably?

Ah yes.. here we are...

He leaned forward, carefully reading the words, confirming them

It is written, in the texts that is, that only a craven turns their back on The Emperors light... and certainly there be no cravens amongst us here.
"...?"
A giant purple question mark appeared above Xueqing's head.
Xueqing has been inflicted the Confused debuff! (It's only cosmetic and as a way of expressing her thoughts.)
Donatos Aphael (played anonymously)

He was sitting at a table painting a picture of Guardswoman Mimi wearing the armor of an Adeptas Sororitas.

She walked up to Donatos to see what he was drawing out of curiosity and saw her on paper wearing Adeptas Sororitas armor. She grinned as she placed a hand on his massive shoulder adorn with the Blood Angel's space marine armor to say, "I love it, Donatos."
*bored sigh*

She walked up to Verity and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Bored? We might have gotten off to the wrong start, but let's be friends, okay?" she asked as she smiled softly to the other woman.
"Fine, I guess. I'm Verity."
She kept with a grin as she nodded. "Nice to meet you, Verity. Name is Ami. You can call me Mimi as well," she said as she offered a hand to shake with Verity.
"What's next, I have to trust McGillis?"
