Seeing she was familiar with the place, he gave her a side eye, wondering if she had been here before. But he shook it off, thinking about what she needed from the bar. "Coffee, it is. Cream with no sugar, gotcha," he said as he started up a pot of coffee and finished the coffee. He generously did all the work for her and walked around the table to her, cup in hand, as he placed it in front of her. "Tasha? Nice to meet you, Tasha," Blaze said as he nodded back with a gentle smile on his face. If only she knew who he was in his past life.

"Anything, you two? Just let me know," he said as he walked back to the bar counter and sat down, as he went into his own thoughts for a moment.

Acknowledges the other patron with a flick and wave from a couple finger and brief glance. She watches the tender prepare her coffee with interest, just as eager to take the cup as he sets it down before her. "Thanks." She remembers. Blowing into the hot cup before she took a long sip. Sighing. "Hoo.. needed that." She returns a little smile before indulging a little more.

Blaze nodded as he said, "You're welcome, Tasha. If you need more coffee, just let me know. I am here to provide." He looked at Kaputin as he said, "Same to you, Kaputin. Need anything else, let me know." He sat there, going back to his past as he wondered how he got here and how he was able to redeem himself in the eyes of the Sisters of Battle. Maybe it was because of the two children? Who knows, he thought inwardly as he took out a flask of whiskey, and he started to drink it from the flask.

He slowly lifts his head turning his eyes to Blaze "Friend, I have seen that look in the eyes of many men, seems you are going past something, If you wouldn't mind sharing, I've heard from many that it heals the heart and lifts a great weight from one's chest." The man said his worn eyes locked onto the man's face.

He softly took a small pen and notepad from his jacket. "Or at least that is what the Tovarishch kansens tell me."

* max was washing a few cups in the back before going to the bar table next to blaze as he would pour himself a beer paying for it of course *

Max: so how do you two know each other call of duty * he said taking a swig looking at Ivanovich and blaze curiesly *

Blaze thought for a moment as he was compelled to tell his story. "In my universe, I was a guardsman doing things that weren't great. I was enthralled by a deity named Slaanesh...And it wasn't a happy start if I would say," he started with as he thought of the words. "Most Astartes and Adepta Sororitas knew about this past of mine. I am just your average bartender now. I live out my life as a changed man. No longer in the military, I desire more of a quiet life," he finished saying as he looked at the weary man.

"They are wise then. Need to know more? My turnaround? It's an interesting story to tell. I am sure you will love to listen to it. I did get the redemption I wanted. From the Adepta Sororitas. If you don't know, it's Space Marines and Sisters of Battle," he noted as he noticed the man pull out a pen and notepad to jot down notes.

He looked at Max as he was right next to him. He didn't know at first, but he noticed Max cleaning the counter, pouring a beer to drink, and paying for it. He didn't require alcohol. All he wanted was peace of mind.

"Call of Duty? That's curiously interesting," he said as he was confused. "I don't know him, honestly. He just came in, and I served him a glass of warm water," he said as he looked at Max with a kind look on his face.

Max: see I don't bother with that military mumbo jumbo taking orders getting yelled at that kinda stuff not my style for... Serten reasons * he said taking a long swig of his beer *

Max: why bother going threw all the teams just to have bloodshed at the end of I guess maybe that's my own thought I suppose* he said listening to the two solders *

Blaze looked at him as he knew it was coming. He was no longer that man back then. "Military? I am not a part of that anymore. I gave it up after my redemption. A Sister by the name of Athene saved me from an evil deity..." he said as he put that out there to Max.

"Bloodshed? You wouldn't want to see bloodshed, I promise you. I used to command guardsmen and women. I even had Astartes and Adepta Sororitas under my command," he noted as he looked at the two. He was definitely no angel when it came to his past.

"Because that bloodshed lets you just say that shit you just said. Any other questions?"

"Fighting to redeem yourself and bury the sins of your past, then? Always a desirable goal, that."

that's my point blaze don't get me wrong that's awesome if you got redeptoon for yourself and I have no doughter you've seen bloodshed but that's why I never I guess wanted to take that burden of seeing that kinda stuff sorry don't mean to sound like a a hole or anything your know I mean here for the hell of it * he said as he would grab a beer from under the bar and open it for blaze *

max: not much but its my way of saying hell of experience man * he said handing it to blaze *

He chuckles as he slowly shakes his head "You sound a bit like Enterprise for a while past this whole different military units, I'm not going to lie they make no sense to me but we come from different worlds, Freely traveling it seems." he said as he slowly pulls a cigar from his pocket before he lights it "I fought for eras now friend, Born before during the rule of the tsar, Was there to watch his corpse burn, Was there to see the rising of the new flags, The new leaders, Stalin, Sovetskaya Rossiya for a short while, Alongside others, As Sovetskaya Belorussiya once told me 'a strong man knows why he fights, A weak man refuses to fight for what he believes is right' I would say you are one strong man Blaze." he said taking a sip from his warm water.

"I've seen the falls of great nations, Meta ships come and go, I've seen the horrors that sirens cast on our poor kansens, War never changes for it takes a soldier to understand another soldier's pain, We might not share the same wars, But we can share the same pain in many ways... comrade."

now that's makes more sense feeling the same pain even if the situation is different but I'll shut my trap about my view of war and such * he said knowing he messed up his own credibility of relating to people as he drinks the rest of his beer *

max: how about drinks on the house I'll play for all you soldier dudes

He listened to Kaputin as he agreed with him on his speech. "We are comrades to the end. We are like friends who know war, even if it was different for us. Now Tyberos and I share the same universe. He has an honorable heart. I had nothing. Nothing to live for. War was the only thing. Death was the only thing. Pleasure was the only way out for me," he said to Kaputin as he drank more of his beer. It was as though he knew the man for ages, as was the case with Tyberos. Although he lived a different hell, he could relate to the two men.

"It's okay. It should be talked about even if you have never been," Blaze said to Max as he gave him another gentle smile. "And thanks. I will drink to that," he said as he accepted the free beer from Max.

He would nod to max "A temping offer but I no longer drink. It's simply put brings back too many memories of a past I would rather be locked away but never forgot, Instead I listen to what my heart needs and give it such, Plus I have my flock of Kansens always in need of some sort of assistance. From the mighty Enterprise to Bismarck, To the broken hearts of those of sakura always trying to fill a hole that has forever been left, War leaves a horrible mark on the mind and few realize they need the help, A common soldier can often relate more then one would think to even the mightiest souls"

He said before thinking "But I think I have rambled on about things few will care for."

max: I'll give ya that I got enough problems of my own to feel with it might not be a war but I have lost a love one from another family member but well that's what to weed and beer is for * he said taking a hit off his pen and opening another beer

He leans in a little "Drugs and hard drinks may please the mind but the more you run from your past the longer it will haunt you, That is the part where one has to face it or accept it.
