Ren was curious about alcohol, having never tasted it because his mother would not let him. While Azumi was tending to Ralsei's wounds he sneakily poured a bottle of beer onto a small glass cup, but filled it only halfway since he expected it to taste bad. Azumi sensed this and immediately used a telekinesis spell to pull said glass and bottle from his grasp.

"What is this, son?", She asked sternly

"I just wanted to know what it tastes like! I'm 24, mom!", He said, embarrassed

she heard this and set a shit glass down in front of ren "l.lighten...hic.. up 'mom' hes well over the d..drin..hic..drinking age..he'll be fiiiiine"

Azumi look confused, expecting that a fox several millenia older than her would be more cautious about drinking such intoxicating substances.

"I am not sure how you want me to address you, miss elder fox, but alcohol is an addictive substance!", she said, crossing her arms

"not in mod...hic...moderation!"

"That's what I thought, but then I had some serious problems with it."
