Premise is simple as it gets: you shoot a gander at the character above you, let them brain gears grind and find a video that, in your opinion, really matches that character's energy, vibe, etc. It can be a Vine, but since there might folks on here that have no idea what those are, anything that's remotely meme-like and in video format will work just fine. No big boy rules here, aside from the usual "don't post videos that have content in them that RPR doesn't allow (like the notorious F-bomb)" and the like.
Yeah, that's about all there is to it! Hopefully you sinners'll get a merry laugh outta this.
