Well, this sure was a year 
Two major moves and a fairly earth shaking personal event chewed up most of it for me (there's a little more info in the Terra Incognita backers forum) -- but it's left me in a better place than I've been for a long time, mentally, and for the last few weeks I've been tearing through update work on the RPR that I hadn't had the energy for for ages. At this rate, we're on track for an update release sometime in January of 2026, with a lot of fixes I know you've been waiting for!2025 opened and continued on the dark side for me, but I have a much better feeling about 2026.
What are your hopes for this next year?

The last of 2025 was horrible. Losing my cat sucked... but, hey. There are a lot of good things to be thankful for. Stuff I'm slowly learning to appreciate, and my cat would want me to appreciate and love the life I shared with him before he passed. So 2026 will hopefully be better.
my hope is to meet new people, learn the art of text RP and have new adventures with friends and my amazing partner.
My life has always been hell. I have always been alone. Never had any support from anyone in my life. And 2025 was a continuation of events that made it more unbearable for me. Add a shower of political and economic crisis to this, and you would get an inferno. However, darkness has always been with me, ever-present in my heart, and the source of my stamina and resistance against the lemons of life. I continue with hope in my heart that one day things will get better eventually.

I too have had some life shattering moments starting in 2024 but dragging into 2025. They also left me in a better place now despite how bad it was. It was definitely a chrysalis year, and I hope for a continuously better me. 🫂
I genuinely just hope to recover from 2025. I did a lot of exciting things but I also experienced a lot of bad things. So here's to a better year!!
To keep it simple, just hope I keep progressing in life, have a healthier lifestyle and that I managed to live through another year.

I just want things to be more peacefully next year, but in honesty I have little faith in it. I hoped that for the last 3 years and things have only gotten worse...
But I still have two legs and stand through everything, so tonight, I instead hope that all others have an amazing time, and possibly a box of cheese sticks manifest right in front of me

I'm going back to college after 16 years starting in January, and I'm very hopeful that it goes well. I hope for a better 2026 for all of us!

I hope to continue doing well at university, and hopefully make a few lasting friends in real life that aren’t just my family.
