From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

I adore this sweet little bundle of joy so so much! They are an absolute font of positivity just seeing them pop up in chat is like a breath of fresh air. They always have something nice or uplifting to say and they are working hard everyday to make the world a better place. Lux has been like a fish in the water ever since they joined RPR. I've seen new players join the rp and slowly see them develop their writting styles, but this wasn't Lux's case. I was astonished from the very start by their vast amount of detail, the rich vocabulary they use and elegant responses they offer. Lux is the embodiment that even if you are new to rp you can still write magnificent stories. Fun, kind, caring, trustworthy, Lux is the kind of person that can make you feel like family. I have already given Luxo a kudos but they deserve more kudos! They are an amazing and very lovely person. I don't think I ever met someone who is as kind and sweet as Luxo. Funny story about Luxo, I waited about half a year for the opportunity to write with them, and let me tell ya; it was worth it!
