hihi, i think i started RP-ing in the early double 0's. yeah, 56k modem and tying up the phone-lines. the years of the edge and JNCO pants. the cringe. i started off on Nexxushost, CC specifically and then later tK and was there for all of its... yeah.
im still interested in RP, todays my day off so i decided id finally join, but im also interested in the lore of old and defunct MUDs and sites like CC/tK. Their history and functions and some of the personalities that frequented them.
im not sure why these things interest me as much as they do, or if what im looking for is even findable now, but I figured I'd throw it into the ether and see what happens. all that said, it's nice to meet you all, and as soon as i figure out what id like to RP as ill probably start making IC profiles.

How many of those "500 free hours of 5.0" CD's do you reckon are still out there floating around in goodwills and Ohio thrift stores? I've heard that smell is closely associated with memory, if that's the case, I must smell through my ears, because that two beat ocean of beeping and crunchy qshhh qshhh then "you've got mail" still haunts me.

I was lucky to get ISDN 128kb late 90' and the famous high pitched gurgle sound before that...
But didn't start RP by then, was a bit later.
You found a good place to investigate new RP territories, all is possible, just check the Find an RP feature and type in what you would like.
