I'm not familiar with any of the places you mentioned (at least not for RP purposes; I do know what Quotev is, haha), but I hope you find what you're looking for. I've been chasing the nostalgia myself, and honestly, it's going pretty great, so fingers crossed the same happens for you.
What kind of stories do you like to write? There's a bit of everything for everyone here. The 'Find RP' tool lets you filter ads and sort through them with as fine or coarse a mesh as you desire, so I'm sure you can find something that you'd be interested in.
