One more week to go for entries to the raffle.

My favourite character to roleplay with is my D&D character Beatrice. Of course I love my comic characters, but I don't really consider them RP characters any more. I've been playing with her constantly since about... 2021. However... the DM messaged a small group of players a heads up that we've been unknowingly possessed in the previous session and we're to act a little cooky in the next session. Unless the remaining characters can identify it and solve the situation, our long-running game is about to come to an end . Knowing the players involved (not always particularly cluey) and their character's abilities (not magic users) I'm not convinced we're getting alive out of this one, so Beatrice's story may be coming to an end soon

Beau is a tiny Cajun crow person who began as a deeply mentally unwell drug dealer and underwent a journey that led her to good health and success as a Doctor of Linguistics (she speaks eleven languages thanks to an eidetic memory). Now she's living a stable life with a man who loves her and takes the time to actually enjoy it. Writing her growth arc has been a deeply satisfying story to tell.

A couple of years ago, I made an AU of her in a Marvel RP group, rebooting her as a shapeshifter who entered the world through a rift in the multiverse. It's been a lot of fun to explore that, and she's since partnered with the X-Men (c'mon, you know she had to have a thing with Gambit), and gone on many fun heists. She kept her old background, but she's a thief in this one, and has recently come to establish a branch of the Thieves Guild in Seattle.

Imir is hands down my long-term favorite character to play. He is a hurricane of flowers and feelings; a right mess, a ball of anxiety and a chronic overthinker, but equally strong, compassionate and brave when push comes to shove. He has taught me a lot about myself and offered me an outlet when life is rough, whether it is through being a sweet goof, showing himself and others compassion, or working through hard and harsh situations. Love this little freak.

Hazesh was originally made to be a one-shot character, involving rival airships.

Since then, he has become my main role-playing character. He is currently involved in a nearly 3-year homebrew DnD campaign, and has multiple AUs to his name ranging from modern to Avatar, and from an original setting to 'what if he never made the dumb-ass decision to poke at his patron's power when the man was absent'.

From A Modern World:
Due to the somewhat low turnout for this, Dawnia kicked my butt and said there was no way for her to 'rig' it to favor me, so here I am adding Jared Ford to the mix. Jared is my first character I created here, and who's been involved with my longest running in-depth role-play story. I'm building a complete life-history for him as I go, and he's taken on a life of his own for the most part. I'd like to thank several characters who have been instrumental in the growth of Jared's story ... well, those of you still here know who you are. I look forward to writing more of Jared's story, and though there is a couple alternate timelines at certain points; I'm working on getting it all merged into one life story.

Well. I’ve decided to shimmy my butt in here after some prodding from a good friend of mine. I could’ve matched them with one of my other characters but I figured I’d give my peahen devil a little love.

Gnosi here was my second full devil character… first though as a full player character (Pandora’s father technically existed before her but only as a “background” character at that time). She’s probably the ‘safest’ devil anyone would want to meet as she’s rather easy to make deals with and she doesn’t particularly enjoy harming anyone. People can’t tell her things if they’re not alive.

Her crux however is knowledge… books, totems, manuscripts, old recipes, ancient fabrics, weapons lost to time. If it tells a story, she wants it. I semi recently found out that she would absolutely grave rob if given the opportunity and would hate graves protected within hallowed grounds lmao. How dare rich people hide knowledge in their dirt coffins

Her first offical roleplay I believe was a short, rapid fire in a discord servers thread where she adopted a half devil angel kid. Ended up earning the name “demom” because of how well she cared for the child.

Definitely one of my favourite characters though certainly not my oldest. If your character ever meets her, make sure you have a little something ready

This is lyra. i haven't roleplayed with her much, but i do think some of my best writing i've done was of this character in her profile. her concept started when some of my friends were on a roll, fixated on each creating vampire OCs. originally i was going for 'steampunk vampire', but somewhere along the way i think i lost the plot. at some point steampunk vibes left the chat, and she became actually a half vampire instead, lol. regardless, this was a character who felt like she almost wrote herself. so many details of her story kinda seemed to come out of themselves. i didn't know what made me write so many details and parts about her story, but all of them came out so beautifully in the end. they aren't perfect, but i still love her and her story and am incredibly proud of her ^^

If you want to (maybe) change her plumage, you can try and locate Cinnamon Sticks (cinnamon sticks not included) to feed her.
