I feel like there's been way fewer major bugs in EW this year than usual

No fish I could see in the junk yard or armory. LOT of comet dust and leaked machine oil, though, if we can get more bottles we'll be rolling in throwables.
But it's mostly been things like that, wrong descriptions or something, much fewer "EVERYTHING EXPLODES WHEN I CLICK THIS"
Did the minimum rolls also go down?
