I plan to make a modern character for the rp. I'm still in the habit of building a character for a world, as that was the rule for my old site. Still learning how things work around here, meantime x)
So... Who starts it and how? I'm new to this forum/group thing so I don't know how it all rolls and how it starts and I've seen no activity on the link so I'm not sure if I'm missing something...
