True. I like to eat things extra crispy -- like almost burnt -- so if we're sharing fries or hashbrowns or sometimes pizza there's disagreement about how to order them or make them. But it works out when somebody doesn't want their extra crispy fries that are "too hard." I'll eat them. When I worked fast food I would cook the fries 2 and a half cycles in the fryer when they were for me.
