Callahan whistled to the horse. The white mare snorted, but picked up the pace slightly.

Lupus was silent as well, and allowed Callahan to take the lead. As he knew were to go, where Lupus did not.
Jack reached out to Lupus "be safe on your journey my good friend" he said with a gentle voice

For awhile, it seemed that everything was in order.
Though, out of the blue, Glóir skidded to a halt. Callahan was confused, to say the least, but when he tried to make her go again, the mare only reared backwards, making the paladin fall of the steed, landing onto the ground with a grunt.
"Agh! Blast it!" Callahan cursed, sitting up. He then stood up and reached out, trying to get his horse to stay still. "Glóir! Calm down!" The white mare neighed loudly and paced in a circle, refusing to stay still.
"Something's got her riled up...." He muttered.
