...One might criticize Mallory for not being cautious around a man so much bigger than her. But to be honest, she was used to most people being bigger than her due to her paltry height, and something about his nervous demeanor gave her the impression he was as soft as he looked. Probably not as soft as her! But given she had the consistency of a marshmallow, that wasn't much of a fair competition. Man would probably squish her like a stress ball if he gave her a hug.
