Heeey! I don't look for RP often these days, and it's rare that I'll accept despite the thousands of threads I used to make weekly. I've been less active this week for one reason only that I assume is a valid excuse; Dǣpsosë Academy.

Dǣpsosë Academy is my latest project that, while having a group on RPR, primarily takes place and is located on Discord. If you do not have access to discord, unfortunately this means you won't be able to participate in this RP, and for that I'm incredibly sorry!

This project took a while to make, especially since discord can get quite confusing at times, haha...

But I tried my best, and I'm hoping that it will gather some interest! A few people have expressed quite a bit of interest in it already, so I'm taking that as a good sign! Now... Please beware; we are looking for serious RPers, who can do 1+ (decent length (6+ sentences??)) paragraphs.

Dǣpsosë Academy, as previously stated above, is a school hidden deep away in a thick forest that is anonymously funded in exchange for the safety of people from the age of 16 - 25 who are different. People with magical abilities, or people from mythical races; anybody who would be deemed genetically different or a threat to society. Throughout their life at the Academy, these students are taught how to manifest and control their abilities; their magical powers. After 25 they graduate and are allowed to return to the normal world to do whatever they please. During their nine (9) year stay, students are not allowed to leave the campus at all. Anybody caught doing so are always severely punished. Students are provided with a free dorm which they share with two other people; but are expected to work within the market to earn their own money to buy their own supplies and living needs.

Daepsose Academy is an Academy purely to educate students about the magical abilities, that they have found to exist; and how to harness the true power beneath the outlying layers.

The school is heavily guarded by the top-trained, to keep any and all intentions away from the students they have acquired, promising 100% safety to any and all on school grounds.

Be Warned: Without special permission from the principal, no students are allowed off of campus grounds. Anybody caught trying to sneak away will be severely punished.

There are a range of roles you can be permitted to have; students, teachers, principal, student council...a lot, really!





We do have rules too!

1. No NSFW. No doubt that there are children on this server; 18- as I am one myself. No matter how mature you are, NSFW is strictly forbidden from public.


2. No Spam. Not everyone has the server muted, so it can get quite annoying when you're tagged a thousand times.


3. Be fair. It's not all about you, do not be OP, listen to those who have authority over your characters, etc.


4. IC is not OOC, and OOC is not IC. A character's beliefs and reactions do not reflect the player's beliefs and reactions.


5. Try to avoid drama and certainly respect everyone else.


6. Please try to avoid posting images anywhere unless it is stated that it's permitted! Images can clog up the chat. Also, keep all non-related chitchat in the general talking channel!


7. Reply rates aren't limited, and aren't needed to be always frequent! Though we do ask that you contact either Me, or JustAPlayer if you are going on a hiatus, or taking a break. You do not have to go into detail as to why; you don't even have to mention a single thing. We just ask that you send us a quick message to say you're leaving for a while.


8. Cases are dealt on a case basis, and different offensives may have different results. Please keep this in mind!

Aaaa- that sucks This is a problem I knew I would run into, but I settled for discord because I like the way I can lay things out better. I'm sorry!

UPDATE:

• We now have a vice princpal.
• We now have a head of the student council.
• The RPR group is now officially complete for now which includes layouts and member roles.

• Roleplaying has officially started! While we still look for teachers, currently the school status is in Summer Holidays!

Very interested in this! Sadly enough waiting for my schedule and calendar for upcoming weeks but once I have that and know how much time I have left for roleplay, I’d love to join if I have enough!

I am currently in college, with an 8 week accelerated class ending the second week of October. Two more accelerated 8 week classes will begin October 26th.

Currently working on the largest Halloween event of the year for my town. Event occurs October 4th.
