Damian Cross (played by SoulHeart57)

One second he’s turning towards it, the next there was a quick black and red flash and a spray of blood as the raccoon is wiped of the planet. “Hmmm… My speed blitzing needs a bit of work… not quite as accurate slashes as i wished.. maybe if i use it with Merciless eye perhaps?”
Kelly Steele (played anonymously)

"I have no idea what that is, but perhaps that is the trick." Kelly says, "I'm Kelly, by the way. You're name?"
Damian Cross (played by SoulHeart57)

Damian frowns. This was something he wasn’t used to, an actual interactions, with another human let alone. Most of his interactions were either him killing monsters over and over, having them run in fear upon seeing him covered in dust, or being killed by a boss monster… thank god for save points. In fact, the last human interaction he had… well… Frisk and Chara didn’t live through that… as far as he knew at least. “Damian. Damian Cross.”
Kelly Steele (played anonymously)

Kelly lifts her drink towards him, not knowing his murderous history, "Well, Damian, its a pleasure." She grins and drinks more of her ale.
Raziel Steven Davis (played anonymously)

Emmyth's attention was momentarily taken from Raziel as a small rodent seemed to appear from nowhere and leave a single remark that pushed a chuckle from the small males lips. But his gaze returned to Raziel and narrowed as he studied his expression, his mind buzzing with curiosity about the beast that had reduced the man to such a state. He leaned in closer, his attention fully focused on the 'monster' hunter before him. "Pray, do tell me more," he said, his voice low and smooth.

As Raziel spoke, Emmyth's eyes widened in fascination. He could almost picture the creature in his mind, its monstrous form looming over them in the darkness. His lips curled into a small smile as he wished the hunter would further describe his harrowing encounter with the Rugaru.

"Reeeally?" he said with a hint of disbelief in his tone, his voice tinged with a sarcastic awe. "To think that you managed to best such a formidable foe." Emmyth leaned back in his chair, "But tell me, my dear fellow, what method did you employ to bring about the creature's demise?"

Raziel paid no mind to the rat, or the boy outside vandalizing in broad daylight. He really didn't feel like adding yet another person to the conversation if he could avoid it. He had enough trouble being able to talk to just one person. But his expression remaines guarded, for the moment. There were suspicions forming in the back of his mind that would slowly cause him to 'wall himself off' unless otherwise disproven.

He thought back to hours before. He'd tracked the beast down to an old abandoned farm. Raziel had meant the catch the Rugaru by surprise, but the beast apparently knew he was already there.

"I...really don't know what else I could tell you..."

He spoke, looking over at Emmyth. There was a look of suspicion to his eyes, which nearly held what could be interpreted as an extreme fear.

"I mean.....it's not the most dangerous thing I've been up against..."
Kelly Steele (played anonymously)

Kelly looked over at Raziel as she could not help but overhear what he had just said. But she chose not to interrupt his talk with the other young person even if she was dying to know what was the most dangerous thing he has faced.

Now this was really strange. Perhaps this woman just didn’t know him. he looks down at his hand, a small heart with a strange maroon/magenta color mix and a soft glow appears, and it almost as if he’s talking to it before he closes his hand and looks up. “Yes, i suppose it is. Nice to meet you….” His speech seems awkward, almost as if he isn’t sure what to say.
Kelly Steele (played anonymously)

Perhaps ignorance really is bliss! For a lack of knowledge has turned into a simple interaction into something unique. Then she notices the soft glow as well as the uncertainty of what to say? Yes, perhaps that's it, "Is that knife of yours Magic, Damian?"
Damian Cross (played by SoulHeart57)

Damian nods. “Yes it is. I can summon… actually, I’m not sure what my limit is… but i can summon anything with the shape of a melee blade. things like spears and stuff don’t count thought, mainly things like swords, knives, axes, daggers… but i can arrange them to make bigger things, like a shield of knives!
Kelly Steele (played anonymously)

Kelly's eyebrows raise in amazement, "Oh wow, you have quite the ability there." She then rests both her elbows on the table and puts her chin on the back of her hands, "I can turn myself into metal." Fair is fair, he told her what he can do and now she tells him what she can do.
Damian Cross (played by SoulHeart57)

Damian grins. “Cool. Does your whole body become metal? Or just the outside skin? What kind of metal, how tough? Is it magic, like, does it just appear, or is it made from nutrients in your body?”

(A small, very subtle FMA reference in there.
Kelly Steele (played anonymously)

She can't stop the laughter from ringing out of her. So many questions, "Yes, my entire body becomes metal and I get heavier too. I'm not sure what kind as I haven't allowed any scientist to test me. And I've taken a direct hit from a Tank so that tough. Its not magic, its..." She bites her lower lip out of nervousness, glancing away, "...Its just a part of what I am." She doesn't say 'Mutant' because whenever someone learns that she is, she's often treated as a second class citizen.
Damian Cross (played by SoulHeart57)

He nods. “Cool. So, if something damages the metal, does that reflect upon your skin when your change back?”

(Wait, like… um… what was that 1 x-men who could turn into metal? The big guy?! I forgot his name!!! Noooo)
Kelly Steele (played anonymously)

(*LOL* Colossus. Kelly was inspired by him but she's my own take on the big guy. Different history, name, job, etc).

Kelly nods, "Yes, it does. Sometimes, I can't change back into my human form until I heal, lest I die." She says, sipping her ale again. "Of course, it works the opposite way too. Say I drink poison. I turn into metal and it immediately stops it."

Emmyth arched an eyebrow in a mix of amusement and disbelief at Raziel's story. "Honestly?" Emmyth said, his voice laced with skepticism, "Something more dangerous than a werewolf with a baguette? I can hardly imagine." He took another sip of his drink and set it down on the bar top with a clink.

Emmyth leaned back deeper in his chair, his gaze drifting towards the ceiling. "And with all this..." He paused, searching for the right word before continuing with a flick of his hand, "monster hunting." A faint smirk played at the corners of his lips. "Doesn't the danger of it frighten you? I mean, I surely wouldn't be, but we're hardly very similar."

He observed Raziel for a moment, taking in his worn and tired appearance.

"Theres...a lot."

His voice went quiet, being barely above a whisper. His eyes went blank for a moment, like his mind had drifted off.

He was out of it for only a short moment, but came to with a slight gasp. And then he started to...laugh?

"Nice try, you actuallyhad me going there for awhile."

He said, having a sudden air of defiance in his voice.

"Gotta say, it was pretty convincing this time, but this place gave you away. Little to off the wall for me to think it's real. Go ahead, drop the act."

He was clearly confused. But why, was the question. It seemed that what he saw, he didn't believe to be real.

Emmyth's eyebrow raised inquisitively as he observed the man's sudden shift in behavior. "Act?" he repeated incredulously, a hint of amusement in his voice. He tilted his head slightly and glanced at the array of bottles and glasses behind the bar before returning his attention to Raziel. "I assure you, I've never acted a day in my life. I've no need to pretend to be anyone other than myself. After all—" he paused to adjust the collar of his shirt, "—I'm flawless just the way I am."

A sly smile crossed his lips as he regarded Raziel with a critical eye. "You, on the other hand..." he began, his tone full of condescension, "You could certainly use some refinement in your manners. I mean, honestly, who speaks with such rudeness to a complete stranger?" Emmyth shook his hypocritical head. "If I had any intention of deceiving you, I promise you wouldn't have caught on so quickly. I'm incredibly clever."

His gaze lingered on Raziel for a moment longer before he posed another question, "Is whatever... This..." He motioned a hand around the man, "is, a common occurrence for you?"

D.D. sighed in-relief, "So you're not gonna eat my brain. That's groovy." He took his baseball hat off, ran his hands through his curly brown hair and put his hat back on. "Well, nice to meet you in that case!" He held his hand out for a handshake, "Name's Daniel Dickens, but just call me D.D." He grinned, his front teeth seeming to be missing.
"Of course i'm not. Besides, i'm pretty impressed that you can understand me, unlike that girl that i LITERALLY had to save from getting ran over. Trust me, it wasn't a very good sign on her getting ran over by that truck, but thanks to my time-reversing magic thing, i can reverse time to where she WASN'T ran over, which gave me enough time to save her." Mad Rat said, as he just pulled out a slice of cheese

"Don't act innocent."

Raziel growled. Any sign of anxiety he had shown before seeming to have vanished. Though if one could hear his heartbeat, they'd realize the hunter was on the verge of panic. His hunter instincts made him hide the vulnerability behind anger.

"How many times have you done this!?"
He continued in his outburst.
"Every. Single. Time. You make some elaborate illusion to make me thinkI got out somehow, that I got away from you. Every time, you wait until I actuallystart to believe it, and you yank it away."

The more he want on, the more it became clear that he thought Emmyth was someone else on disguise. His actions also spoke that whoever it was, it was someone Raziel was terrified of. Because as he was going on his tangent, he'd stood up and had put some space between himself and the other. His back towards the wall near as to prevent being flanked.

"But you know what, you can keep trying. You can keep tearing me apart, cutting me open, messing with my head like you have been for the past 3,000 years. My answer will always be no. I won't be responsiblefor you getting loose again."
Maugan Ra (played by randomentity777)

A cold wind blows through the room as Maugan Ra enters. The Maugetar is slung over his back, and his hood is up over his skull mask. Without saying a word, he takes a seat at the bar. A quick gesture to the bartender and a beverage is soon in his hand.
