Glanced at the newcomer,

The aeldari have finally made their presence known as well.
As the somewhat animated discussion carries on, a diminutive woman passes the threshold, hugging a cloak around her so coarse and cheap as to appear to be made of burlap. Her approach was forecasted by an odd clacking sound her bare feet made on the wood, her chitin making her anything but subtle as it catches and reflects the light from nearby fixtures, giving away her inhuman nature, which she clearly had been trying to conceal with her cloak. At the bar, she raises a finger and whispers over the counter.
"I'll take whatever your available beef dish is. And... Umm... Don't bother cooking it. It'll be fine as is." her voice carries less by the volume of her words, and more by the strained pitching up that is scattered through her syllables like the shrill of a reed flute.
Apollo Meyer (played by Mixpixi)

The newcomer looked up at Aleksandr, a confused expression on his face. It took him a brief moment to realize he was being referred to.

“Aeldari?? Uh, with all due respect sir, I don’t know what I am.”

He was promptly distracted by the other newcomer, noticing her ‘skin’ strangely reflect the light, almost like chitin…

Wait.. was that actually chitin?
Recalling that it’s rude to stare, the alien glanced away before uncovering his answer.

Looking back over her shoulder at the long-eared fellow, her pupil-less eyes gleam so brightly, they pass what could merely be attributed to predatory shine like a cat, and come dangerously close to actual glow. Her voice cracks into that woodwind whistle more frequently after noticing attention directed at her. "It... Is, Sir. Will that be a problem? Oh dear... I do hope this is not another establishment averse to my kind... Vexing... Vexing... Arachnophobes everywhere lately..." she says, her voice trailing off for the last bit. Though after a brief delay, she straightens up, lowering the hood of her cloak to let her navy blue hair spill free. "The name is Elta Kesstel, Sir. Pleasure, I hope?"
Olivia (played by Taro_Nuke1)

Meanwhile, Olivia is just aiming at a empty sods can with her slingshot before she fired the pellet toward the can. While it did hit, it didn't really knock the can off the table. "So this is what they call a Power Shot?"
Aleksandr stood firm, his usual imposing disciplinarian stature, hands folded behind his back as Apollo made his declarations.

" Hrm... quite the predicament, I am Lord General Aleksandr Von Drakenfell, Commander of Battlegroup Arpat of the Astra Militarum, the military arm of the Imperium of Man, ofcourse, I presume these things mean little to you in an interdimensional space. Pardon my forthrightness... but you have an uncanny resemblance to the race of beings from our... ehrm... realm... known as the Aeldari, perhaps you are an exodite of sorts long seperated from their craftworld and have forgotten about them... or perhaps not. I welcome you xenos to this tabernaculum, a proverbial watering hole... with some damn good grub if I do say so myself. This is a dimensionally pacifist realm so hostilities are ceased, while I initially found this regrettable, it does give me exposure to various xenos breeds worthwhile to consider future stratagem. Enjoy your time here good chap, this conversation has been amicable... you will find me in my corner if needed... I am always willing to entertain conversations about the strictly diplomatic nature of my chainsword as well as the appropriateness of authorizing deathstrike missile batteries."

"Indeed! Remember that I said that normal pellets doesn't affect people with defense? Weeeellll... Power Shot was the only exception. I mean, sure, it's only one pellet... but it's a shot with all the pellets combined! That's the only way to damage armored foes! I seen a few back in my time, but I had to take care of em quick, lol!"

His eyes grew even wider as he turned to look at Elta, absolutely enthralled. “You’re implying you’re an arachnid? I’ve never met a humanoid invertebrate before! I thought that was chitin- it has such a pretty gleam in the light.”

The man was just rambling his mouth off, before realizing how rude that might come across. “Aw, man.. sorry, I get really excited over this sorta thing. It’s a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Kesstel. I hope my eagerness isn’t too overbearing..” he nevously scratched his nape.

Apollo’s attention returned to Aleksandr, diligently listening.
“Oh, That’s ok. I look like alot of people.” He certainly does not.
“Thank you for your kindness!” He replied with a smile, pretending to understand part of what Aleksandr said. Many words were unfamiliar to him, but he assumed that was a difference of culture and multiverse
Emperor (played by AgitoAceXIII)

"It ain't gonna be the first or last "weird" folk you meet 'round here, yo. Big E's got it all covered here."
Apollo Meyer (played by Mixpixi)

He stared, wide-eyed at Emperor.

“A talking penguin.. you do have it all covered, dang.”
Emperor (played by AgitoAceXIII)

"Yeah, yeah, soak it all up, homie."
" Indeed, the enforced pacifism is almost tragic at times "

"You are right, Brother. Where are my manners. We should allow all living life except the pyskers and heretics live. I especially have it out for the Greenskins, as well," she said as she stared at Ubba for a moment before staring at Aleksandr.

"Lord General Aleksandr, you are right. We need to purge them," she said quietly to him.

She was prepared to serve however way required of herself to show her obedience to the Emperor.

He brought her out a few slices of flank steak "very well"
"No shortage of interesting people here, as always."
"Nope. Not at all"
As she took notice of just how packed the establishment was, the chitinous woman seemed to chew at nothingness in her mouth in unconcealed nervousness before looking back over at how shy the long eared fellow seemed next to her, which calmed her some. "Flattery a bit, sir. But kind of you. My shell has seen better days, though. The luster has been scuffed off a bit lately." She lets her eyes wander to the Imperials, taking particular interest in their drawn restraint in this environment. It was a sort of regal civility she recognized... the kind worn in the presence of your enemies in diplomatic settings. But they did seem well disciplined, so her curiosity drew her out. "Your composure is impeccable. You must serve a profound cause. It blazes in your eyes nearly as much as it grinds at your teeth. What are these heretics you refer to?"
Before even waiting for her reply, she took the steak offered and placed a pair of silver coins on the counter, setting one of them spinning in place with a subtle hand motion as she grabbed up the steak in her hands, and brought it to her mouth, sinking her fangs into it, but not seeming to chew, as the meat discolored around her bite, and she seemed to just draw her lips around it , drawing as if slurping the steak instead of chewing it.

She thought for a moment before saying, "Care for something to eat and drink over here please, Mathius?" She had been slightly hungry after the adventure she went through and thought for some food and drink to help her take the edge off for the moment.

"Well, one would hope there's no shortage."
