My name is River a.k.a steinsunshinee, and I go by she/ they pronouns. I've been writing for as long as I can remember, from putting together silly little stories to full novels and even writing my own D&D campaigns in the past- with hundreds and thousands of different character ideas in my mind. Roleplaying on a site is still something that's relatively new to me and I'm still figuring out the fundamentals but from the little bits I've done I've enjoyed immensely so far!
My favourite genres to explore are usually Fantasy & Supernatural, Historical- the ones with fancy gowns, grand balls, communicating through language of fans or ones with grand castles, clashing armour and old, wooden taverns, all that good stuff! Romance is another one of my favourite genres. (I know, eeeww.) I'm a rambler at heart and multi-para seems to be the style that works for me, one-liners and 2-3 paragraphs of writing personally don't do it for me.

Ooooh nice to meet you too, that's a really great question! Honestly I love spending time searching though different mythical and fantasy creatures so it's very difficult to chose. But one I particularly enjoy writing is vampires, a bit basic I know but that's just because there are so many different ways to interpret them and there's a lot of old vampiric folklore from different cultures and countries that's fun to take inspiration from. (Like The Jiangshi from China or the Shtriga from Albania etc.) Mermaids/ sirens are also really neat since they also have a lot of folklore tied to them.
