Those are scenery rocks, not ore rocks. Your game is fine. If they don't tremble when you hit them, they are just set dressing. ORe rocks are pretty distinct looking, but there's so many people looking for them right now we've experiencing that signature day 1 everything having been hoovered up immediately and needing to wait for some respawns
