So I had two sister Phoenix birds come into my possession. Their names are Serina and Kerina. Kerina the younger is the poster child of goody two shoes. Serina on the other hand is an unholy terror. She is very unruly and refuses to go on display, nor will she eat any cinnamon. So after her trashing my place repeatedly in an attempt to try and escape, I had to cage her. I think it may be that she is jealous of her sister who did eat cinnamon and turned her feathers blue. Kerina is happy and proudly displays herself on my profile but this seemed to really get Serina's feathers in a wad... So, I have decided to let her go to a good home.
Now Serina got wind of what I was planning and she is quite picky, demanding I let her lay down the rules for finding her new home. She doesn't make it easy either. She has watched the raffles go on and she likes parts of them all, and she wants a say in who she goes to live with. So here is what she wants. This raffle will run for quite some time and will have a few stages. The only timed part is the entry part. The later parts will be done at a time Serina pleases, but will complete before the end of the Bake Sale.

Ok... interesting. After the rolls and checking numbers and bonuses, the only one eliminated this round is Deumeawyn. Sorry my friend, but your number roll was really out on the fringe.
Sweet Little Sock rolled below the limit but had a bonus to burn so is still in.

- Roll one 1x 100-sided die and two 1x 6-sided die with a word or comment in the 'optional note' box under one of the dice selection.

Part A - The first stage of entry requires a player account to post a link to a favourite Anonymous character with a brief statement as to why you like the character. Since the characters are Anonymous, you can link to one of your own. You can link to as many anonymous characters as you wish, but you will need to specify which one represents you in this contest. If no one anonymous character link is specified, you are still in the contest, but Serina will pick one of your linked characters to represent you.
Part B - Select one 100 sided die, and one six-sided die twice (there is a link below the dice box to add more die to roll) and put a comment in one of the die optional notes) Serina had flown over Las Vegas and took a liking to the shiny red dice on a craps table, so she made off with them. Your 'Crap Game' dice roll can add a bonus should you roll well. Any combination of seven or eleven (Craps), or any doubles (Hard Ways) will give you a bonus in the next rounds.
The official clock-mark start for the first round of this raffle is 3:03PM Australia EST (the time-stamp of this post), which is 12:03AM U.S EDT and 5:03AM GMT. [size=1(It should read out as your local time setting on your account)[/size]It will likely go until roughly around the same time next week, or whenever Serina has had enough. Serina will post a 'Last Call' about a day or so before she cuts off entries. So basically it's all up to her when she closed entries.
When the entry period has been closed, everyone will have an assigned number from the 1x 100 they rolled. Serina will then review and mark any disqualified posts for not following her rules before round tewo commences....
2. The Culling ~ Every entrant will have a number from their 1x 100 die, and some may have a bonus depending on their 2x 6 dice roll. Serina will then roll a 100 sided die twice. Any number within the range of the two dice moves to round three. If your number falls outside the range you are eliminated from the raffle unless you have a bonus to use. The number of remaining contestants will move to the third round.
3. The Inspection ~ For the entrants who have made it to the third round, Serina will do a fly-by inspection to take a look at the Anonymous character the entrants linked to in their entry. She may also look at the public characters on the player's profile as well. She will then pick some entrants she likes and will give a brief statement why she chose them. The number she picks will depend on how many entrants have made it to this round. Note on anyone who had a Bonus and didn't have to use it to get past the Culling, Serina may be bribed ...
4. The Final Decision ~ The number of entrants selected will equal an available die number and the entrant's numbers will be assigned in the order Serina chose the finalists. Serina will then roll the die and will fly to the home of whoever wins.

Duke Dracon Corbeau is not at all what I expected him to be.
But he is a fantastic character with thoughts, feelings, secrets, realistic actions, and a very worthy RP partner.
He comes with a cast of other characters that really make the game world feel like it could be a real place. The writer has been patient and forgiving of my lapses in replies as I've kinda stumbled my way through our story that's way outside the realm of my usual style of RP.
Edit: Dang, I think I disqualified myself, didn't I? I can't go back and edit in a comment to my die rolls...

Peregrin here might just be my favorite anonymous character that I have interacted with. The character is quite selfish and obnoxious, but played so well. I find myself loving and hating the character at the same time.

I'll admit I looked at this several times and just was really confused and intimidated by how much there is to read, took me like 5 times to eventually notice the summarized rules. xD fairly complicated at first, but kind thing to do.

Vincent is my character Bunnie's boyfriend, soon to be fiance, and I love him and his writer to pieces. Once of my best friends. Vincent is a lovely character, and my girl is head over heels for him. Very well written in RP even if there isn't much on his character page. Bunnie would literally cut a bish if they tried to take him. xD

Wow this looks fun! So I'm going to do it.
Seth Copus is a great character, and I adore him. Hes quite fleshed out, and the way he does things in his shy adorable manner, yet with his stern side to him is absolutely fantastic. I also love the addition that Seth is colorblind. Idk if it's just me but I don't see too many characters with colorblindness.
Also, I like that he has a cat named toast. Adorable.

Now the bird is rather unruly so I will offer free bacon to the winner of the Phoenix. We have eight entrants so far and I myself would be satisfied with giving the wayward bird any one of them. Serina has been eyeing them and the presented characters but keeping any preferences to herself. Some of the entrants have a die number out on the edge, and a couple have the bonus, so it is still wide open.

I've interacted with several anonymously played characters, so this is a difficult decision for me. I honestly had trouble choosing between two and I literally had to make a mental list comparison. But I've decided that I would present Dario for several reasons.
This character has a great amount of depth, the player taking the time to flush out the layered personality. You never quite know what his next move will be, and sometimes I find myself surprised at what happens next. The responses I recieve are well thought out and detailed and they challenge me to reciprocate equally (I'm working on my post length and detail).
The player is also amazing. I don't know who they are but even our OOC is engaging. I just generally enjoy interacting with them.
So if you see this, Dario's player, I'm calling you out on your awesomeness. 🤜🤛

Not really as it wouldn’t matter. They were anonymous when they were presented. If they are not anonymous when I first check to post them in the first post, I would assume they were anonymous at the time they were presented. I get an email notification buzz on my phone whenever anyone posts to this thread, so I check right away. The anonymous character writer would have to be pretty fast at switching it after they are presented for me not to notice. I don’t always post the contestants and characters in the first post right away as I do that on my computer.
So there was a two hour bonus before closing. We did manage to get a couple hands worth if interest in the unruly bird.
So this is now closed. With only ten entrants, it should be quite easy to settle. I’ll get into round 2 later tonight my time. Thank you all for your participation!
