Welcome to RPR. As you've noticed, the site doesn't have a specific theme, so there's a decent chance you'll find at least some of what you're looking for here! If you use the 'Find RP' tool and choose the advanced search, you can toggle your preferences for NSFW themes, level of technology, etc. as you like, and hopefully you'll find something interesting. And if not, hey, check back again later (ˉ▽￣～)

I couldn't find any ads for LoZ RPs, but there are at least two people who have recreated Zelda as a character profile here - you can browse people's OCs under Community → Characters (though people can also choose to not have their character profiles indexed here if they like, so it doesn't show you every character on RPR).
