I've never used this website before, and I will say I'm a little nervous but also excited to be a part of this community!!
I don't really understand it all quite yet, but hopefully with a bit of patience in myself, I will.
However, I am absolutely not new to roleplaying. Writing and creating and interacting with other OCs and creators have always played a big role in my life. I'm quite passionate about my characters, the story, literature, writing, art, the entire shabang.
Life has just gotten extremely busy, which had led me to fall off from it recently. Ironically because I'm also a performer! E.g; theater, dancing, singing, colorgaurd!
but I'm trying to come back!
I grew up on Amino (sorry for the ptsd flashback) and for the past years those roleplays have simply moved over to discord with wonderful relationships-even if we don't really talk anymore. I definitely wish to get back into the wonderful community of roleplaying and the community part of talking with everyone!!
If anyone has any tips for RP respiratory, that would be wonderful.
If anyone is looking for a long term rp partner or anyone to yap about OCs, that would also be wonderful!

Although I was at the start, once you explore and find out your suit and a roleplay partner or two along the way, I'd say this whole site is extremely welcoming around every nook and cranny, and there's always a little something for everyone no matter where you wind up in the forums! ^w^
The best place to start first would be the Find RP tab, but if nothing interests you there, you can make your own ad for a roleplay or search around elsewhere with curiosity on your side

Tips for RPR? Well, first of all, have fun and be yourself. Second of all, just take an evening with a beverage of your choice and poke around! Look at people's character profiles to see how they set them up, play around with the widgets, scroll through some ads to get a feel for what people are up to.
