I have a flamethrower. Are we holding it for a specific purpose or just using it to blast the Mounted Frost King?

question! does stimspray show up for you in the list of items when fighting a monster? for me they dont show up but I don't know if its because I have too many items or so?

They do, but if you have a medicinal plant it might show that instead. They’re interchangeable in terms of effect.
