Dragonfire got it!

Caesar cipher with a shift of 8 and a custom alphabet.

But I still wanna know how!

Also, the phrase to be decrypted was "KZXO IEP TKFIEO YDO BDHH".

We were all a little wrong, LOL.

I forgot that you could use custom alphabets with ciphers, GODDDD
