You used WASD/Arrow keys to move, E to interact with things. You basically collect items, craft things, and try to make food and shelter for refugees of RPR 
I have a bit of a starter guide in the second post of this thread if you go take a peek. It covers the basics, and I'll be adding more to it tomorrow for farming and such
I love the option of punching trees with your bare hands is there. Like, sure, you could make an axe, but the style?
