I haven’t really done any role playing before, a bit unsure how to begin.
Hoping to find some fun stories and make a friend or two. I’m still in school so I might not be that active. I have a cat and I like visual arts, trying to practice writing more.

Hi Confuzzled, welcome to RPR!
It's a lovely wee community here, so I'm sure it'll be perfect for introducing you to RP. There's a handy guide here that I recommend you check out: Getting Started.

Lots of people here will make original characters (OCs) that they can use in different RPs on the site, rather than making a new character every single time (though there's nothing stopping you from doing this if you'd like) - making a character page for these is a good way to store info on them. You could make a character first, or you could make a character after arranging a RP with others. It's entirely up to you.

Hopefully the guide and the links within it will help you on your way, but if you have any further questions please just ask! I hope you have fun!
