We can do this one if we pitch in. I assume there are 60 people around to donate a few each. I added my share and think I should leave the rest for others to add their percentage.
If the next person who gives takes us to 40 medicinal plants, everyone else should give 10 each. If not, try to balance out to that number when it's your turn.
We're under the 10 each as of now (3 people/19 plants).

That is quite a lot of medicinal plants needed!
As a tip for gathering more - I've used Aatlo's weapon repair services a couple of times, and he's given me a medicinal plant each time as a thanks for 'loyal patronage', hahah. I'm not sure if Moa does the same!

I had 3, I chucked them in. 
There are a BOATLOAD of medicinal plants in the armory! If you haven't contributed yet, you can also grab some from there.
We'll need at least ten per person donated to meet the goal.
I added in two more plants. I wish I had more to give. I will keep looking for more.
There are many many many hundreds of medicinal plants still in circulation from previous years as well, many of which are on active accounts. Make sure your friends know their old inventory "junk" could make them heroes this year

So, the way it works is that at least 60 people need to contribute, but it's fine if more than that do. Each person only needs to contribute only one item. So 59 people could each donate 1 item, and the 60th could donate 541.
Or, 300 people could each donate 2, and so forth.
