From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

I've belonged to a few RP communities with a few different archetypes for fearless leaders... It's hard to run things so respect to anyone that does it! Being the programmer, the writer, organizer, while managing a real life that she's been very open to us about. She seems very kind, answers to anyone and everyone, and never has an air that she's too good for any question, thought, or idea, which makes it just that much easier to talk to her for anything. In a season where we give kudos, how could I not give more to Kim? She works around the clock it seems to give us all this RP home and I've never seen so much as a cross word come out of her. The behind-the-scenes of running the RPR must be an enormous undertaking and she does it for all of us. Thank you for creating this space online for our stories and characters.

I don't know Kim personally, but her craftsmanship speaks volumes for her. The ingenuity of the site's UI is amazing, and all of the tools and features scattered throughout make RPR way more than just another forum. Every detail is specific to the site's creative purpose, plus you have obviously put so much thought into building a great community by hosting events that inspire us to connect with each other. Working as a mod for Kim has given me not only a sense of belonging and understanding but has also enriched my professional skills to such a degree that it's astounding. Kim has taught me so much about the right "voice" and about patience, understanding, and consideration. She is not only fearless and strong but she is considerate and smart, always one step ahead, but not so far ahead that she can't offer a shoulder or an ear. Kim is magnificent!

This Kudos is for Kim, for the wonderful efforts she put towards Epic Week 2023. We took a deep dive into RPR lore like never before, and I thoroughly enjoyed commanding my walrus battalion. As always, it was a lot of fun, and I think it really gave the people of RPR an opportunity to get to know each other and work together. I cannot overstate how wonderful a boss Kim is. Even though the RPR has over 32,000 users, being a moderator for this site is easily the most chill moderating experience I've ever had.
