Kudos for Kim

Along with the thousands of other kudos Kim has, I thought to add another one. This wonderful person has so much on her plate, but is always upgrading the site, caring for others, and listening to her people. If that isn't a form of wisdom, I'm not sure what is. Have I really never given Kim any kudos before now...? Well that's a massive oversight! Without Kim, there would be no RPR. Without RPR... I can't even think of what I would be doing with my free time. RPR has over the years become my primary social network. It's the only RP site I've tried that I've really felt comfortable sticking with, due to its fantastic community. And all that is thanks to Kim. I've been in contact with Kim various times ever since I joined the RPR. Halloween was my very first time to actually do anything in character with her and I had a really good time.

Kim did a terrific and humourous job of using one of her Star Trek characters during Halloween in my modern-day setting. Very creative and clever how she retooled the character to work and it felt natural. I was able to add some humor to the post playing off what she'd done. I hope to do it again next year! I don't think I've ever had the chance to RP with Kim, nor have we talked extensively (but we have met IRL!), but I am a fan of her just the same. I remain amazed by the community she has built here and her eagerness to continue to improve it. I have yet to rp with Kim. I have heard she's a blast I have however have had great experiences with her. She has been super helpful with answering questions, fixing rpr issues and dealing with unneeded things in the past. She gets two cat paws up. - Nekomanics

Kim is one helluva boss, but moreover, she's a really great friend. I love that I can always count on her to be objective and honest in any situation. It's a trait that I really admire. If I gotta elaborate, you wouldn't be able to read ANY RPR kudos if it wasn't for her, because the site wouldn't even exist! I wouldn't have met any of you guys, made any of the connections I have here and been able to learn MANY of my still-meager writing skills without her. I know the kudos get heaped on Kim, but I have no doubt she deserves it. There's just SO MUCH! For now: throughout Epic Week (all of them!), she makes herself so available to join in on combat and collection activities, even while patiently, kindly handling the barrage of extra bug reports that come with introducing new things every EW. I really don't know how Kim does it all, but it's an inspiration that she does! Echoing Lakota, and any others before me, thanks for the fun April Fools day with the glitter bombs. I've been dealing with depression and anxiety for long years, this quarantine not helping of course. But for the time I was online yesterday, seeing the sparkles around was nice for a change. Lesson also learned: Don't brag about things where you can read them, for then you give the bragger what they should get. A glitter bomb. LOL!
