From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

Zel is a really interesting person to talk to, especially if what you want to talk about is lizards!
Their characters are really unique though and their writing is detailed but still accessible. There's a lot of pathos and depth to all their characters. On top of that, they are a good friend.

I've given them kudos before, but Zelphyr is an amazing and kind human being who often chats in the same threads I visit on the forums. They seem taciturn but approachable, and they're actually a wealth of knowledge and have a general aura of peace and calmness. They bring their argument to debates very squarely without being as rude as can be, and they're also very bold in typing! Zelphyr is an adaptive writer, able to transition smoothly from actions and dialogue and even handle surprise character additions with ease. They are amusing and honest OOC. I have not RPed with Zelphyr, but I have read many off their OOC posts on the RPR forum and they are one of the people I find who comes across as kind and insightful. They are always careful to phrase their thoughts in ways that are meant to be helpful and thoughtful so as to not upset others with the advice they provide. Zelphyr is one of those friends who always manages to surprise you with a cute little gift, meme or thoughtful share out of the blue. We're both often too busy for lengthy convos, but there are so many small things in my daily life that remind me of Zelph, I'm basically guaranteed warm and fuzzy feelings. I love you my friend!

I've given Zelphyr kudos and I'll do it again!! This person is amazing. They're always very helpful in the forums, giving advice or making note of interesting things, and they're kind to new players. They have good taste in avatars...
Haha. Uh, also, they make a very cool character and have good writing and depth! I don't believe we've roleplayed together, (but then again, who knows?) but you can see their quality shine through in all sorts of things they do. Like, the Epic Armory. Cool!

Now here's someone I'm glad I ran across again. I have known Zel for quite a while now, and upon rediscovering them it's like nothing has changed. They're still the same interesting, kind and funny person they were all those years ago. It's good to know some things never change.
