Something like a recurring mini-boss could be interesting. Boss that shows up a few times and disappears to come back later once they hit 1/4 health or something...

The small regen on this big guy definitely adds a li'l bit of extra stress. Like, it probably won't be a HUGE deal overall, but it makes it feel like we really need to keep the pressure on
