How long does a 'Hot' minute go?
If everything is new, I propose to look over the 'Help' section, many tips and tricks are stuffed into that one. Else, don't hesitate to ask anyone. You have found the right place to start role-playing, many have posted their first RP on this site.
And I think those two genres you seem to like are quite well represented around here, just have a look over the 'Looking for RP' section.
