Bella scampered out of the way, before looking at the odd pile of humans sprawled on the ground.

Arien groaned and realized where he was, and on top of whom. But he didn't exactly move right away. Not because he didn't want to--although he wasn't complaining--but because he didn't have the current ability to. That last teleport hadn't been a joke in terms of him not ever wanting to do that again.

"Where the hell were you going?" he asked from his prone position.

Red didnt answer right away, mainly because she wasnt sure how she could get herself out of being scolded by Arien. Imagining it made her ears burn with embarresment but she didnt need him telling her what to do.
"I was protecting all of you but your wolf decided it would be fun to follow me," she hissed as she tasted blood in her mouth and knew she had busted her lip.
Red didnt move because she really didnt want to assess the damage done but tumbling a few feet. Though it was uncomfortable with Arien on top of her.

Neo and Nex made no move to help, mainly because they knew Red could handle herself.

"I don't need protecting," Arien growled. "The risks I take are risks I'm willing to take. Otherwise I'd stay somewhere warm and inviting and never step outside. Hell, I wouldn't be wandering around with that" he pointed to Bella "if I didn't believe in risks."

He paused, and then noticed her busted lip. "Are you hurt? I really didn't mean to land on you, you know." Gingerly he tested his strength. "I hate to say this, but I think I'm stuck."

"Well to damn bad! Maybe i want to protect you cause i care!" Red snapped then blushed when she realized she said that.
Looking away, she barely heard when Arien asked her if she was ok.
"Yea well we are obviously Both stuck," she muttered, still blushing.

Patch was still holding onto Bella's fur then he relaxed and clambered up to her head, where he half layed.

"And maybe I didn't want you to leave because I care too." Softy he added, "About you." His hand moved of its own accord, brushing back a stray lock of hair from Red's face.

"Ah, sorry." It only lasted a split-second, and then he was rolling onto his side to let Red up.

Bella attempted to look up when Patch shifted his position, but saw nothing. Instead she sat and wagged her tail in the dust, her tongue lolling out as though she smiled at the scene.

Red blushedwhen he brushed the stray strand of hair from her face. His words still echoing in her head.Does he? she thought surprised.
Sitting up, Red realized that she was blushing an quickly looked away, smiling a little to herself.

Neo and Nex looked at each other a little surprised. Patch barely managed to stay on Bella's head but he gripped her neck fur, hanging on.

Arien grinned, amused at her shyness. "So, ah, are you still planning on running away? Because, you know, Bella would be crushed to be parted from her new friend."

He looked over at Bella who sighed and lay down. It was curious but she didn't seem to mind the cat.

Red grinned.
"You sure it isnt you that will miss me?" she asked slyly then winced as she stood up. "And no im not going anywhere now. I wont be able to get away from you anyway," she said softly.
Dusting off her pants, she put out a hand to help Arien up.

Arien's grin spilled over into a laugh. He lifted his hands in surrender. "Alright, alright, you might have me there. It's been a while since I've cooked proper meals...in a kitchen. But I'm glad to see I haven't lost it."

He caught her wince, even as he levered himself to his feet with her help. "Are you hurt? Because unfortunately...I'm pretty certain I'm tapped out for teleporting." He wavered on unsteady legs, and felt an uncomfortable ache in his ankle.

Red wiped the little bit of blood off her busted lip then sighed.
"Besides a busted lip and a few scrapes i'll be fine until the morning. In the morning i probably wont be able to move because you chose to land on top of me," Red said more in a joking manner than accusing.
She saw Arien waver then held onto him, she blushed a little when it turned into a hug on accident.
"Im sorry.. I.. I was trying to prevent you from falling," Red said quickly then let go of Arien and looked away, her ears and cheeks burning again.

His grin turned to a wince as his weight shifted onto his ankle. "Ah, no, you don't have to apologize for the, ah, support. It was...nice. And I'm..."

He trailed off as he took a tentative step. A blunt pain worked its way up his leg, but it wasn't that bad. He'd had worse.

"Turn towards me for a moment?"

Red looked a little confused but did as he said an turned towards him.
"How does this help you?" she asked confused.

He smirked and leaned forward. "Like this." He pulled back briefly and dabbed a soft cloth at her busted lip. "You really should take better care of yourself, you know. Just because I can take risks, doesn't mean you can try to outrisk me."

Red blushed a little at first thinking he was gonna kiss her or something then scowled when he dabbed her lip with a cloth.
"I can do that myself," she said quickly before turning away right after he dabbed her lip.
Scowling she walked past the two tigers.
"And for tricking me like that, you can walk on your own," she said over her shoulder.
The two tigers followed her and looked back at Arien, sympathy sparking in their eyes.
Honestly. The nerve of some Boys! she thought irritatedly. But she was blushing still.

The glint of humor was hard to ignore in Arien's eyes. "What? What were you expecting? Trick?"

He caught up to her, ignoring his ankle. "If you want a trick, I've got plenty of those. But, seriously, what were you expecting?"

Bella followed, rising slowly enough that she didn't accidentally dislodge Patch.

Red suddenly felt dissapointed.Im probably the only one who feels this way out of both of us..
"Nothing. Forget it." she said smoothly, trying to not show any particular emotion to Arien.

Patch had already fallen asleep, gripping Bella's fur tightly.

Neo and Nex followed and they both sighed, knowing that this was probably gonna turn into an arguement.

Arien laughed. "Didn't sound like nothing to me. Nothing doesn't sound quite so disappointed. Were you hoping for something else?"

He could be a horrible tease when he wanted to be; he just wanted to see how far he could push Red's buttons.

Bella picked up her pace a little, nudging her way between Nex and Neo, her tail high.

"I said leave it," snapped Red.
Red had a very short fuse. Knowing very well that Arien was teasing her just made her all the more irritated.

Neo flicked his left ear, feeling Red's anger radiating from her.

Arien rather suspected from her annoyed tone, and frankly he was surprised he'd had such self-restraint to begin with.

He cut across her path and turned to face her, coming to a halt. His smirk was gone, as was the glint of humor in his eyes. "Were you disappointed I didn't do this?"

So saying, he embraced her and then kissed her with surprising warmth. "Is that what you wanted?" he asked softly.

Red blushed really red and was so shocked she didnt think to kiss back. All her thoughts stopped and she was stuck, just by lookin into his eyes after the kiss.
"I..uh...." she couldnt think of anything to say then looked shyly down at the ground.
Finally her thoughts came back to her then she nodded a little.

Nex stopped dead in his tracks, shocked.
