Jack walked down the halls of his family's castle. Something was off, but he couldn't put his finger on it. As he walked out to the courtyard, he felt eyes on him, watching his every move. That's when he felt it. Pure, undeniable, total evil. He hadn't felt that since Mason died.
He continued, trying to find it. He made his way to the gardens, but was stopped in his tracks. There were bodies. Everywhere. His friends, his family, everyone. He saw his siblings, and ran to them, tears strolling down his face. He clutched the bodies, feeling the agony they felt before they died. He heard laughing, and turned his attention to it.
It wasn't possible, he was dead. It was Mason, laughing at all this death. No, this couldn't be him. Mason loved these people. He tried to ignore it, but it got louder, closer. He was grabbed by the throat and held in the air. Mason had a hold of him, strangling the life out of him. Mason was always strong. As the world faded to black, jack heard one final sentence "you can't save them". And it all went black
Jack woke up, not throwing himself up, not really moving at all. He'd gotten used to these dreams, and that one was weak compared to the normal ones. He changed clothes, put on his armor, and put his cloak over it. He stepped outside, walking to see if anyone was up yet. The school was a complicated building, but he could always just warp if he needed out.
He noticed a girl, obviously lost, and approached her. "Are you in need of assistance?" He asked (raven)
