Ryan pops down from the of a building"just took out the snipers" ryan said

Michael nodded and moved quickly down a narrow alley, the end was blocked off by a dumpster but he just jumped over it. The followed alleyways all the way to an abandoned subway. "Remember to stay off the third rail." he whispered climbing onto the subway tracks and listening intently. Soon they were at the Main-street subway. "Don't let anyone see you get off the tracks." he hissed as he scooted ever so gingerly into the crowed.

Zero nodded as he slipped into the crowd a few people behind Michael to avoid suspicion. Zero turned back and searched the crowd to make sure his younger co-worker was following safely behind him.

Once they got out of the crowded subway Michael was sweating badly. "I hate being surrounded by so many people." he said leaning against the side of the building. "I think you should lead from here." he added turning to Zero.

Zero nodded and glanced around checking that nobody was looking and slipped down onto the tracks. He quickly hurried down the tracks tell he was out of sight of the crowd and gestured for the others to follow.

((Lol did he go into the old workers shaft? They just got out of the subway. ))
Michael followed Zero and stayed uncharacteristically quiet while avoiding low hanging lights.

Ryan followed behind Zero making sure to keep the eyes off the crowd of of him.

( The worker shaft is a bit farther down the track . Sorry if I didn't clarify )
Zero waited tell the others caught up to him, and then he opened a door in the wall. "Through here." Zero said as he held open the door for the others.

Bang! Bang! Two shots went off creating two holes not too far from where Zero's head was.

Zero's gaze darted to the landing where two cops had spotted them. " Run! I'll hold them off." Zero said as he fired multiple shots of his own.

Michael hurried in the door and waited for Zero to come in. He had another crazy plan. "You don't need this tunnel anymore right?" he yelled over the chaos.

Zero smirked when he realized what Michael was going to do. " Some of the workers might but they'll understand. Go for it."

Michael smiled and unlatched a small grenade from his belt. He waited until Zero was behind him before chucking the grenade at the ceiling above the door. "Run!!" he yelled as the grenade started to smoke. A few seconds later the grenade exploded, the shock wave pushing the three boys farther down the dim tunnel.

Zero waited a few seconds before getting up to inspect the carnage. "Well that way is safe. Let's move, we don't know if they'll find other ways into this tunnel." Zero said as he began moving down the tunnel.

Michael smiled and followed Zero down the now-silent tunnels. Every few yards there would be a small lantern handing from the ceiling illuminating the tunnel very little.

Zero traveled down the hall for what seemed like hours but couldn't have been more then ten minutes, when he stopped. "Right about here should have a entrance to the surface." He said tracing his hand along the ceiling of the tunnel. "Ahaha, right here!" Zero said as he pushed up on a slightly uneven place on the ceiling revealing a ladder.

"Wow." Michael was speechless. He climbed the ladder after Zero and when they got to the top there was another bolted door. "Nice security." he said joking around.

Zero smiled at the comment. " All for the sake of the rebellion." Zero said in an overly cheery voice. " Or at least thats what they tell us. If you ask me I think they just don't want the civilians getting their free donuts."

Hailey was running atop of the roofs and jumped down. She was running from mercenaries sent to eliminate her. She dropped in the crowd of where the boys he met. "Well hello." She grinned her pistol pointed at Zero's gut.

( Wait what we were just in a tunnel that led to the underground base. How'd we get in a crowd?)
