Also, I have something to ask about Katsuki's top: would his hood act like that of a cloak of hiding and completely conceal his face?

I mean, it's your character dude, do you want his face to be completely concealed?

I'm pretty sure there would be more than a few occasions that would call for his face to be concealed, so yes.
