Sara smiled softly up at him when she got a kiss from her brother. "Good night, brother." She pulled the covers over her more and turned on her left side. Soon she was fast asleep in bed, by now she could sleep a lot better since the moaning and groaning from downstairs were slowly dying down.

Dave quickly fell asleep, tired as he was from the previous day.
In his sleep, he dreamt of people running from a horde. He didn't recognize them, they were barely shades, but they were there. He woke up the next morning with the firm belief that there were others still out there, maybe even here in the city. He got out of bed quietly so as not to wake up Sara and made his way to the kitchen, where he got some bread and ate a slice. It wasn't in very good shape and was slightly hardening, but it was still edible. He just stood there looking out the shutter as he ate.

Sara whimpered softly as she started to have nightmares but quickly woke up when she didn't feel her brother next to her. She looked around for him and climbed out of bed to see him by the window looking out. "Oh..there you are." Giving a soft smile as she walked over to him. "What are you thinking about?"

A young girl woke up from being asleep on a mattress in a small mattress shop. She sat up slowly, her blonde pigtails bobbing with her movements as she rubbed the sleep out if her eyes. She looked out a small window and realized the sun was rising. She yawned and stretched her arms up. Her beige knitted sweater was keeping her warm as her pleated black skirt...not so much. She stood up slowly, trying not to get dizzy from standing up to fast and reached down to pull up her black stockings back up to her knees. She felt her hip with one hand, making sure her gun was still in it's pocket. Yup. She was ready to go do.. Nothing really. She didn't really plan on doing anything but she wasn't tired and bored so she decided to.

She walked towards the shops door and walked outside, exposing herself to the morning sun. She glanced up at the sky then turned and started walking away from the shop.

Dave turned to loko at Sara. "Oh, nothing really. Woke up early and decideded to have a bite. Sun's coming up no- Hey what's wrong?" He asked. He knew that face all to well, she'd look like that every time she had a nightmare, he'd learned that. "Another nightmare?"

just as the sun came over the horizon in the morning , the faint sound of a roaring engine came from the highway. the sound came closer and closer , until the vehicle it belonged to, a Ford F3000 the last high tech truck ever made before the outbreak , but this one was different , it had a plow on the front spikes all over it , lights on the belly and a machine gun on the tail , the black apocalypse ready truck pulled on to the city street the radio blaring through speakers on the hood , getting every zombie within a miles radius's attention. the truck pulled into the parking lot of the building the brother and sister stayed at , as the largest horde of zombies came from the streets.

the trucks engine cut off and the sunroof opened. a girl no older than 17 climbed out and stood on the top of the truck , she had long brown hair that was tied in a ponytail, she had long camouflage cargo pants on a a brown tank top , all up and down her arms , legs and waist she had weapons , knives ,guns and grenades.

she reached down into the truck and pulled out a bullhorn. she put it to her mouth a spoke "ANY HUMANS IN THE VICINITY I RECCOMEND YOU TAKE COVER"she then dropped the bull horn and took 4 grenades from her belt she pulled two of the tabs off with her mouth and threw the grenades to the left then did the same to the other to and threw them to the right. she then jumped back through the sunroof and the grenades exploded.

Sara nodded her head softly as she looked out the window, "Yeah..I keep having them lately now. I keep seeing people running for their lives. Others getting in their cars and driving off." She shook her head softly as she looks over to him, "Come on..lets get out of here. I wanna go out." Was about to say something else when she suddenly heard a blow horn come from outside. "What was that?!" She looked up at her brother in confusion.

Naomi heard noises from the distance then heard someone yelling. She began to run towards the sound then heard what sounded like grenades going off. She froze and covered her ears, waiting for the loud sound to go away. She then continued running towards the commotion, trying to get a closer look.

"I had the same dream last night." he replied. At first he nodded to her statement and got ready to leave when he heard the voice blaring over the streets. "No, wait." He interrupted her. "Did you hear that?" It was silent again.
"Come on, let's get to the roof. The zombies downstairs are stirring again. Whatever it was, it's gonna get a horde down on this place. We'll go see what's happening from up there."
With those words, he ran up the stairs and opened the door as he stepped out into the light of the rising sun. He looked around for a second then saw the girl standing on top of a large reinforced truck.
"What in the name of..." He crouched behind the wall and watched her to see what she'd do.

Sara followed after her brother quickly as possible. When she got to the roof, she looked down to the girl who was throwing grenades out. "What is she doing?! This building was perfectly fine until she came here!" She looks up at her brother confusion and also in anger. "She's ruining out place!"

Naomi ducked down while slowing her pace, getting to the noisy scene. She put her hands over her head, protecting her head just in case. She looked up and realized it was another human. She then looked around and saw two other people on top of the building. She looked back at the woman on the truck and knitted her eyebrows in confusion.

"No, she's not." He replied surprisingly calmly. "She's not targeting buildings, she's targeting zombies. Don't worry sis, those grenades won't do anything to damage this place too much, they're anti-personnel I think." He just hoped he was right. Looking to the side for a split second, she saw another girl crossing the street.
"What the.. Sara, look!" He tapped her shoulder pointing out the girl running towards them. "if I don't go and pick up that one down there, she'll get cornered." He thought for a second. Getting down wouldn't be a problem - he'd practiced it often enough. "Alright sis, get down to the first floor and throw down the rope ladder when we're at the window, got it?"

He didn't really wait for her reply. She was safe, that girl down there wasn't. He quickly ran for the building's edge and vaulted over the wall. He automatically launched himself down to the building on the other side of the alley and took a firm grip of a balcony with both his hands. he shimmied to the right and got hold of a strong rain-pipe. He slid down it and jumped the last end, falling down two meters and landing cleanly with a roll. He immediately took off to the street to see the girl Sitting there. "Stop! You'll get cornered!"

As the smoke from the grenades cleared the scene was clear , not a single zombie stood all dead or well re-dead, but the strange thing was that there was no damage not even a zombie corpse remained , the street looked normal as if there was never an explosion. the grenades the girl threw must have been vapor grenades, one of the newest tech weapons made before the outbreak. they were said to vaporize anything that the user saw as an enemy ,thus to the girl the zombie.

the girl climbed back out through the sunroof and looked out at the street ,she cracked her knuckles and sat on the roof "WOOOHOOO, BEING ALIVE ROCKS" she yelled and reached down into the freeze she carried in the back of the truck and pulled out a sandwich and began to eat as though nothing had just happened.

She looked up at the man then nodded, getting up and standing up straight. She looked at the woman who was now eating a sandwich casually. She crossed her arms over her chest and sighed.

Sara was about to say something but her brother just took off after the girl. She humphed softly as she ran down to the first floor to get the rope ladder. When she made it to the window, she saw the other girl eating a sandwich after taking care of the zombies. Hearing the woman screamed out loud made her wince a little bit. "Yeah sure alive." She whispered under her breathe then returned her attention to her brother.

rain glanced over at the man and girl "HEY" she called out to them " you two must have be alive right , if you wern't you'd be dead right now, so" the girl reached down into the freezer and pulled out two sandwhiches " what'em?" she asked holding out the sandwhiches to the two " dont worry this place is safe for the time being , any zombie near that explosion is gone"

Dave shook his head. He then snapped around as he heard a loud crack. The zombies on their first floor were breaking out! and looking back at the girl, another horde was approaching them from there as well. He cursed loudly, they'd already seen them. "Sara, Ladder!" As soon as his sister would throw out the ladder, she pushed Naomi onto it. He cursed when he saw no way to get on himself in time, their 'defenders' had already broken out. "I'll meet you on the roof, go!" With that, he disappeared around the corner.

Before she knew it, Naomi was up on the roof. She looked down at the man who's already ran away. She looked over at the other girl who was also on the roof.

rain turned to look at the building " i see there were some in there too huh" she dropped the sandwhiches back into the freezer and called out to the guy just as he turned the corner "Hey , Get in!" she yelled at him as she dropped back through the sunroof and opened the passenger door " get in and take a weapon"

Sara helped Noami up and into the building. She saw him call out to her that he would meet her on the roof. "Brother!" She called out when she saw the zombie defense break out of the first floor and head for Rain and her brother. Quickly left Naomi and started to race upstairs, before pulling the rope ladder back into the room.
