Because when we got this house it was available on short notice when we were moving interstate. A year on, and the commute to work is really bad for my wife, and though the house is nice and roomy and in a good neighborhood, the property managers are dodgy as. The issues we had over the year was capped by the dishwasher dieing on the 5th and they have yet to repair it. The lease is up at the end of March and we gave notice we are leaving. I have a few things to make good but we will leave this place in MUCH better nick than how we received it.

We have been going to inspections and we have found a couple we really like. We put in applications but it is pretty competitive here so we'll see if we make the cut.
