Kim should have ALL the kudos. Yeah, she built and maintains the site, and that's nothing to sneeze at. But she also maintains a wonderful community, is always super nice, and is just sparkly rainbow-flavored awesome sauce. Not to mention the crazy schedule she keeps! I do not think I have ever presented a proper kudos to Kim, and this is a travesty; she is a magnificent administrator, talented programmer, brilliant designer and, above all, a very special person. Kim is the most involved forum Admin I have ever seen. Seriously, I don't know how she does it! When I sent in a bug report, she responded within 10 minutes. The last time I was on a forum with an Admin that tried to be involved, we would be lucky if they were on that week!
